The Governor's Hearing Room is one of the formal rooms of the Nebraska State Capitol. Kim upholstered its set of carved armchairs in teal leather framed with gilded, tooled leather borders and finished with close brass nailhead trim.
Work like this has to match the room and the building, so the pattern placement, the corners and the spacing of every nailhead were laid out by hand before anything was fastened.
