This sofa replicates a 1930s legislature lounge sofa. It was upholstered with the same methods as the original: coil springs tied by hand, stitched edges, horsehair and cotton.
The black leather was cut, sewn and fitted in the shop, with the rolled arms pleated and hand-stitched and the cushions finished with a fine welt.
